Our Mission

Our Story

Kindness Between Friends, Inc., "KBF," is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency. We work with housing insecure clients, food insecurity, domestic violence victims, low income, & Veterans in our community. Every dollar our community donates is tax deductible and used directly for our clients. We work one-on-one with clients in Bucks County by providing resources to prevent homelessness and to assist clients transitioning out of homelessness.

KBF provides emergency shelter, meals, counseling, budgeting skills, employment assistance, and housing assistance resources. We do everything such as assisting with utility bills, delivering complete holiday meals, assisting with going to the prom, setting up a child’s first bedroom, and our favorite: supplying hundreds of local children with Christmas gifts.

KBF has opened a Veteran’s Shelter to better support our community needs.

We feel no one should have to suffer due to a financial hardship. Everyone needs a hand up at one time or another. We are just volunteers helping out fellow community members.
We are there for the initial crisis. The way KBF differs and makes such an impact is that we are there for the long haul. You can only live what you've been taught, so we teach our clients new life skills, or they will be a client again a few months down the road. A simple roof over their head won’t fix anything if you can't get to HOW and WHY this happened and work on that!
We love what we do and we hope you can find it in your heart to donate or even make a monthly pledge to make an impact in people's lives.

Please help us #BeTheDifference
